User Research 101 w/Cyd Harrell

Come join us Wednesday as we welcome Cyd Harrell, Product Director at Code for America for "User Research 101"! [No experience of any kind required!]

Cyd will give an engaging workshop covering the core observational interview method along with participant recruiting basics. It is a great way to improve any product or service in development, but especially products for civic tech, which aims to make things that work for a broad population.

If you already have a project you're working on, great! Be sure you've been doing your research well.

If you are thinking about working on a project, you CANNOT miss this workshop!

Otherwise...
